About us

Our story

We opened The Steam Packet Pub in December 2022, and the restaurant upstairs in August 2023. We designed & renovated both floors, with help from family & friends. We have both worked in some of Londons best restaurants including, Quo Vadis and Rochelle Canteen. We are very passionate about simple, seasonal cooking using only the best ingredients from the surrounding areas.

We are very proud to work with local suppliers such as:

Thatched House Farm & Harveys Butchers for meat.

Howards Fishmongers & A&J Seafood for fish & game.

Goodery Garden, Salle Moor Farm & Charlies Leaves for our vegetables, herbs & fruits.

Cheese Truckle for dairy.
